About the Accounts Receivable Team
The Accounts Receivable team is a group of hardworking individuals, who are responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function. Each team member is responsible for their own client portfolio.
We are currently seeking an additional member to join our Accounts Receivable team on a full-time basis, working remotely in Poland.
What you will do
This is an end-to-end global Accounts Receivable role which collaborates closely with the sales teams, regional directors, contracts team, and client success teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Issuing invoices
- Recording client payments in multiple currencies
- Updating client details
- Chasing delinquent accounts by phone, email & WhatsApp
- Online store reconciliations
- Reconciliation of daily merchant settlements
- Responding to client enquiries
- Identifying and problem-solving client account issues
- Collaboratively working with the team to improve processes
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts receivable / debt collection position
- An understanding of sales orders, billing schedules and purchase orders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- English as your second language (bilingual), and possess excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Be a team player, as well as able to work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to form and maintain client partner relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support key outcomes
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- The ability to learn new software and systems
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize workflow
- NetSuite experience preferred, but not essential
If you are successful in this role, you may be required to come out to Australia for training.
