What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on a full range of mortgage & insurance products from across the market.
• Manage leads provided by the business while actively sourcing your own clients.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through the mortgage journey and ensuring they have adequate insurance products for their needs.
• Maintain FCA compliance and deliver advice with integrity and professionalism.
• Contribute to the growth of Mc Daid Mortgages through networking and business development.

What We’re Looking For

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
• Previous mortgage advice experience preferred, but strong candidates at entry level will be considered.
• A self-starter with the drive to generate their own business alongside supplied leads.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Commitment to putting clients first and delivering outstanding service.
