Recruiter/HR Generalist

Our client, a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to saving lives through safety education and awareness, is seeking a skilled Human Resources professional for a 6-8 month contract.

The focus of this role is recruiting, but they're looking for someone who also brings broad HR expertise in areas such as employee relations, onboarding, and systems. You'll lead national recruiting efforts for roles in engineering, IT, project management, and general staff-helping to build teams that support the organization's vital mission.

This fully remote position offers 20-30 hours per week and pays $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must reside in Massachusetts, where the organization is headquartered.
