We’re now looking for two full-time Talent Assistants to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our talent and internal operations day-to-day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating and managing gifting campaigns and brand send-outs
• Supporting the planning and execution of events and activations (virtual & in-person)
• Assisting with creator communications, scheduling, and admin
• Managing internal documents, calendars, and tracking deliverables
• Offering creative input and ideas to elevate talent and brand partnerships
• Providing general support on ad hoc tasks and team projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
• A confident communicator with a warm, people-first approach
• Passionate about the creator economy and influencer culture
• Experience in events, PR, talent management, or admin is a big plus
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first team and is happy to jump in wherever neededThe Details:
