Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Executive, based in Cracow, Poland, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Senior Account Executive will focus on managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include presenting solutions tailored to client needs, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The individual will also monitor market trends and ensure compliance with industry regulations to align with the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in client management, business development, and account growth
• Experience in sales strategy, negotiation, and forging long-term partnerships
• Familiarity with regulated sectors and knowledge of compliance, particularly with NIS2
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
• Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in technology or cybersecurity industries is a plus
