Role Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for IOTiva Smart Connect, our flagship IoT-based automation solution for smart homes and industrial environments (IIoT).

This is a contract-based, remote role, ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in tech, automation, or industrial solutions. The ideal candidate will understand how IoT technologies are transforming real estate, manufacturing, and infrastructure, and will be skilled at converting those insights into strategic sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell IOTiva Smart Connect solutions for smart home and industrial (IIoT) automation
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to different sectors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate, retail, and industrial automation
  • Generate leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships, and convert them into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
