Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has demonstrated its commitment to global customer support during a challenging summer, with service teams operating across Europe and the Middle East. The company's "MORE THAN YOU CARE" service philosophy was put into action through equipment delivery, emergency repairs, compliance work, and training under high-temperature conditions.

European Operations Under Pressure

In the Netherlands, the service team delivered a ZCT100 crane amidst extreme heat, performing detailed inspections and adjustments to ensure optimal operation. They also completed RDW compliance adjustments for a ZAT1600 all-terrain crane, helping the customer meet local regulations while protecting equipment reliability.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, a ZAT1200 crane at a chemical plant suffered a boom fault. A Zoomlion engineer quickly traveled to the site, diagnosed the issue, and completed repairs to minimize downtime. Similarly, in Turkey, the team resolved an outrigger fault on a ZRT1100, restoring performance through on-site repairs.

Exhibition Support in Spain

Zoomlion also supported an industry exhibition in Zaragoza, Spain, where service engineers handled equipment setup, commissioning, and on-site readiness, ensuring the cranes were presented in stable operating condition.

Safety Training in Saudi Arabia

Beyond Europe, the construction hoisting machinery service team conducted a "MORE THAN YOU CARE" campaign at the Seven project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. They provided specialized tower crane safety training for 23 personnel, including operators, signalers, and safety managers. The training combined theory with on-site guidance to strengthen safety awareness and standardize practices.

Commitment to Full-Lifecycle Support

Zoomlion continues to strengthen its global service network, spare parts capabilities, and local teams to deliver reliable full-lifecycle support and greater value to customers worldwide.
