About the Role

The Strategic Account Manager serves as the primary relationship lead and strategic partner for our clients. This role bridges data-driven digital media strategy and hands-on account management, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact and exceptional client experience. You’ll collaborate closely with media, creative, and analytics teams to drive ROI-focused campaigns across paid search, social, email, and display.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and oversee holistic digital marketing strategies aligned with each client’s goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, analytics, and operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and performance presentations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and partner with leadership on upsell and renewal strategies.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and proactively bring new ideas to clients.
  • Maintain strong documentation of campaign strategy, performance insights, and client communication.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and media budgets.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, email, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and/or other ad platforms required.
