A high-growth active nutrition and human performance business is expanding across Europe, with a strong portfolio of fitness-led energy sku's and performance beverages.
As the National Key Account Manager , you will design and execute the region’s commercial growth strategy, ensuring distribution, sales, and profitability targets are achieved. You’ll work closely with cross-functional colleagues to align with wider EU business objectives.
The Opportunity
As National Key Account Manager – Germany, you will take full ownership of the German commercial agenda. You’ll build distribution, develop strategic retail partnerships, and execute a scalable growth plan across all channels. Key customers include Rossmann, Tegut, Kaufland, as well as the likes of Edeka and Rewe stores., with a focus on establishing the brand as a credible, performance-led challenger within active nutrition, fitness, and energy.
The Profile
- High-impact FMCG commercial leader with a challenger mindset
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with major German retailers
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and human performance brands
- Comfortable with full market ownership and autonomy

Key Responsibilities
- Full German P&L ownership (revenue, trade spend, gross profit)
- Leading distributor and retailer partnerships
- Building and executing the commercial strategy for France
- Pricing, promotions, and trade spend optimisation to maximise ROI
- Customer-specific strategic planning and new customer onboarding
- Identifying growth opportunities with a strong ROI focus
