- Responding to enquiries and maintaining appropriate follow-up
- Managing appointments and scheduling through digital systems
- Maintaining professional communication and accurate records
- Participating in ongoing training and personal development
- Working within established systems, processes and communication frameworks
- Managing your day-to-day workflow with professionalism and consistency
IS THIS YOUR NEXT CHAPTER?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 10 years of full-time paid professional work experience
• Confidence communicating with people from a range of backgrounds
• Good organisation and time-management skills

• The ability to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through
Experience in client engagement, business development, consulting, customer service, education, leadership or related professional fields may be advantageous.
