Travel Congress has an opening for a Customer Service Representative supporting travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations. This role is centered on work where you will help customers resolve questions and service issues through clear, timely support. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in California.

What You'll Coordinate
- Respond to customer or client questions related to travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations through approved phone, email, chat, or ticketing channels in the Customer Service Representative role at Travel Congress.
- Review account or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps as part of the Customer Service Representative role at Travel Congress.
- Resolve routine questions and service issues within policy and escalate complex or unresolved cases across conference and attendee operations in this Customer Service Representative position.
- Follow up on open cases, promised actions, or missing information so customers receive timely updates for the Travel Congress team as part of Customer Service Representative work.
- Use approved knowledge resources and procedures while adapting communication to the customer's specific question while supporting conference and attendee operations in the Customer Service Representative role at Travel Congress.
- Meet service-quality, response-time, documentation, and customer-satisfaction expectations as part of day-to-day Customer Service Representative responsibilities at Travel Congress.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer-service experience is helpful but not required for entry-level roles for the Customer Service Representative opening at Travel Congress.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a patient, professional, solution-focused approach.
- Comfort using CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, and web-based customer-service tools.
- Ability to learn policies and service information quickly and explain them clearly.
- Reliable internet access, a quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently.
