Your responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries: e-mails in English and phone calls in French or Polish.
- Support international market: individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
- Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues.
- Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device.
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service.
- Input data, write quickly and clearly
Our requirements
- Fluent French (C1/C2) – both written and spoken.
- Fluent Polish (C2) – both written and spoken.
- Very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken.
- Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work.
- Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way.
- Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills.
- Experience in customer service (individual / business customers).
- Interest in a new technology and electronics trends.
