Within SoftServe, the Strategy Management Office (SMO) plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision and driving the execution of strategic initiatives. We operate in a project-based model, applying methodologies similar to leading consulting firms, and work closely with Executive Leadership to drive transformation and sustainable growth across the organization.

IF YOU ARE

  • A strategy professional with 7+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy / transformation role
  • Proven in driving complex strategic programs and delivering measurable business impact
  • Strong in problem-solving, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and independently navigate complex topics
  • Experienced in working with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and board-level audiences
  • Excellent in communication, able to influence, align, and guide decision-making across functions
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a hands-on mindset and a strong drive to turn strategy into execution

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Shape and contribute to SoftServe’s long-term strategy and vision in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team and Board, supporting the design and execution of high-impact initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end strategy projects, from problem identification and market analysis to solution design and implementation
  • Drive transformation programs that impact operating models, processes, and company-wide strategic priorities
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas
  • Align corporate, functional, and individual OKRs with overall company strategy
  • Participate in investment governance and ensure alignment of the corporate portfolio with strategic priorities
