We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment at client locations. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service in a field-based environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain equipment or technical systems at client sites.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, or system issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues.

✅ Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in field service, engineering support, or related internships/projects.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems depending on the equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service documentation processes is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
