Weâre looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment at client locations. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service in a field-based environment.
đŻ Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment or technical systems at client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, or system issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports.
- Provide technical support and training to customers when needed.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues.
â Requirements
- 0â2 years of experience in field service, engineering support, or related internships/projects.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems depending on the equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service documentation processes is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
