RSA is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to own and grow customer relationships across the Nordics region (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark). This role focuses on developing longterm account partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding RSA’s footprint across enterprise and strategic customers. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding RSA’s existing customer accounts across the Nordics region. You will serve as the senior point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities, and executing RSA’s gotomarket strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong relationshipbuilding skills, commercial acumen, and experience in cybersecurity or identity solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across the Nordics region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- Act as the primary customer advocate within RSA, ensuring customers gain maximum value from RSA solutions.
- Identify and drive strategic growth opportunities including renewals, expansions, and cross-sell across RSA’s product portfolio.
- Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding support, quarterly business reviews, renewals, and expansion planning.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Drive new business within existing accounts while protecting current revenue streams.
- Work closely with channel partners to expand RSA’s presence across the Nordics.
- Navigate complex enterprise environments and build multi-threaded customer relationships.
- Use RSA’s sales tools for pipeline and account management.
- Resolve customer escalations by partnering with technical and support teams.
- Represent RSA at customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI analyses.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Proven success in Account Management or Enterprise Sales, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, identity, authentication, or related technologies.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to manage complex deals.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding capabilities with influence at all levels.
- Strong territory planning and strategic account planning capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable working autonomously across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective collaboration in a matrixed environment.
Education & Experience
- Experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or similar customerfacing roles.
- Experience managing multicountry territories, ideally within the Nordics region.
- Strong experience in cybersecurity, identity, or authentication technologies preferred.
