What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails for multiple client accounts
- Follow step-by-step processes to resolve customer issues
- Log all interactions in the employer's CRM system
- Gather, verify, and document caller information accurately
- Provide professional, patient, and solutions-oriented support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Training attendance is 100% mandatory - no exceptions
- Open availability (24/7); schedules will be assigned after training
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume environment
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Basic technical ability, including installing/uninstalling programs and troubleshooting equipment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior call center or remote work experience
- Basic technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple screens and tools
- Reliable, distraction-free workspace with hardwired internet
