What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Provide accurate information regarding payments and benefits to cardholders
- Assist customers with inquiries about transactions and account statuses
- Process transactions efficiently using web-based applications
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all regulations while communicating empathetically
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- Ability to complete background checks, credit checks, and security fingerprinting
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
- Proficiency in using computers and Windows applications

- 1+ years of previous call center experience
