What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide accurate information regarding payments and benefits to cardholders
  • Assist customers with inquiries about transactions and account statuses
  • Process transactions efficiently using web-based applications
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all regulations while communicating empathetically

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
  • Ability to complete background checks, credit checks, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
  • Proficiency in using computers and Windows applications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1+ years of previous call center experience
