What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer and track incoming calls, ensuring effective communication
- Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems
- Accurately record all details in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct database and open-source research to support operations
- Route and escalate calls appropriately based on urgency and need
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Proven ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
