What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Field customer inquiries and respond to questions, issues, and concerns innovatively
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
- Handle confidential customer information with care and sensitivity
- Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call and escalate when necessary
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
