About The Role As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by assisting TurboTax users with their questions regarding tax software and related processes. This position offers a flexible work schedule, allowing you to choose hours between 8 am EST and 12 am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday. Your primary responsibility will be to support customers in navigating the TurboTax platform, addressing common concerns such as downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, filing, and answering basic tax-related inquiries. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to helping users maximize their tax returns while providing a seamless support experience. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist others. While no specific accounting background is required, you should be enthusiastic about learning and helping customers. Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in using computers, navigating software applications, and troubleshooting common technical issues is essential. Candidates must demonstrate empathy, patience, and the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively. A positive attitude and eagerness to grow with the company are highly valued traits. Responsibilities In this position, your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to TurboTax customers by answering questions related to tax software and general navigation.
- Assisting users with downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns.
- Guiding customers through basic tax-related inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex issues and ensure consistent service quality.
- Participating in certification training to enhance product knowledge and support capabilities.
- Adhering to company policies and performance metrics to meet weekly targets and bonus qualifications.

- Additional earning opportunities, including weekly bonuses up to $250 and performance-based incentives such as TNPS performance bonuses.
- Earn an extra $5 per hour during April 9-15, with unlimited hours available, provided minimum daily work requirements are met.
