What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Create emotional connections with members to champion their best health
  • Build trusting relationships by fully understanding members' needs
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support
  • Review member claim history for accurate tracking of benefits
  • Explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with their contracts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in Behavioral Health, Medical, or Insurance
  • Experience working from home in a remote role
