What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public and prospective enrollees, while adhering to performance standards and confidentiality policies
- Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
- Complete associated tasks according to established guidelines
- Meet quality assurance and key performance metrics
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including a background check
- Must reside within 40 miles of Oklahoma City
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center environment
- Bilingual skills for facilitating translation services
