What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public and prospective enrollees, while adhering to performance standards and confidentiality policies
  • Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
  • Complete associated tasks according to established guidelines
  • Meet quality assurance and key performance metrics
  • Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including a background check
  • Must reside within 40 miles of Oklahoma City
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center environment
  • Bilingual skills for facilitating translation services
