About the Opportunity:
This opportunity is for a Senior Account Director in Account Management, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. The role focuses on nurturing client relationships, aligning teams and services to meet client goals, managing internal demands such as staffing and financial planning, and motivating teams to deliver optimal results. The Senior Account Director reports to the Group Account Director and works closely with executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Nurture long-term client relationships that deliver mutual value
• Manage complex digital engagements and lead teams to create strategic solutions
• Identify client needs or pain points and develop solutions that address them
• Seek opportunities for growth and collaboration as a trusted advisor to clients
• Develop presentations to manage and align executive communications
• Lead strategic planning, advisory consulting, and ensure quality and growth of client work
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant digital experience disciplines
• Proven experience in client management, driving client retention and business growth
• Experience managing and developing teams responsible for day-to-day client programs
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and geographic locations
• Experience managing financial aspects of a book of business, including forecasting, profit margins, invoicing, and financial reporting
Compensation:
• The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 to $182,850 per year. Placement within the salary range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
