2. About the Opportunity:
The Administrative Operations Assistant supports the Power Origination and Business Development team by managing administrative tasks and facilitating efficient communication and project coordination. This role is critical for streamlining operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the team can focus on advancing clean energy solutions. The position requires a balance of technical proficiency and strong organizational skills to handle diverse responsibilities and contribute to the team’s success.
3. Responsibilities:
• Support the Business Development and Data Center Solutions department with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Process and prioritize incoming information for team leads and drive follow-up actions
• Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documents with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage confidential information discreetly and uphold data protection standards
• Address and resolve administrative and technical challenges proactively
• Assist with project coordination and communicate milestone updates
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects with resourcefulness and adaptability
• Schedule events efficiently with key stakeholders
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience as an assistant or in a similar role, preferably in technical environments
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Box, Atlassian, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
Bonus Qualifications:
• Location near Washington DC, Idaho Falls, or the Bay Area is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of the nuclear power or data center industries is advantageous but not mandatory
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000
