WorkinVirtual is currently partnering with a growing company to hire a Scheduling Coordinator for a fully remote role within the United States.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing calendars, appointments, and coordination tasks in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and appointments

• Coordinate meetings and schedules

• Send reminders and update scheduling records

• Support workflow and administrative coordination

• Communicate with teams and clients professionally

• Maintain scheduling accuracy and organization

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
