About the Opportunity

The Documentation Clerk role is focused on supporting analysts through the compilation, management, and extraction of information from client documents. This position ensures the accuracy, classification, and tracking of documentation to facilitate the timely production of client reports. The role is essential for maintaining the workflow and quality standards in document handling within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Information Extraction: Compile, manage, and accurately extract key pieces of information from a high volume of client-submitted documents.
  • Document Control: Systematically classify digital records, track the receipt of all incoming files, and log status updates to ensure accountability.
  • Data Entry: Input transactional or record data into centralized management systems, maintaining a high standard of precision and data integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work directly with the internal Research team to follow established protocols for seamless downstream report delivery.
  • Task Management: Execute targeted documentation assignments as directed, maintaining steady output to help the team meet reporting schedules.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in client servicing, documentation management, records administration, corporate clerical, or structured data entry roles.
  • Industry Domain (Preferred): Prior experience working within data-intensive environments such as legal services, healthcare administration, or financial services is considered a strong asset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with database management portals or document repositories.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, with a proven ability to manage competing project deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail, precision-oriented mindset, and robust problem-solving skills when addressing information discrepancies.
  • Communication & Presence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for smooth coordination across remote units.
  • Procedural Rigor: Proven ability to follow complex operational protocols and internal compliance procedures precisely.
  • Remote Workspace: Must be a self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment. Requires access to reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus in business administration, records management, or a related field.
