Role Description

This is a remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and developing strategies to achieve their goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, overseeing project execution, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in real estate, luxury travel, or hospitality industries is an advantage.
  • Bilingual with Spanish and English proficency preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies, campaign management, and lead generation techniques.
  • Project management, organizational, and coordination skills for successful execution of client projects.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing platforms, and other relevant software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations or a related field is preferred.
