What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products or services through various communication channels
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide additional education and information to customers as needed
- Manage multiple databases to research and resolve complex issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation
- Excellent multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
- Current or previous experience with the employer
- Background in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems
