Fully Remote | Full-time (40hrs pw) | Flexible hours
Salary: £27,000 per annum

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our operations support to help keep the day-to-day admin running smoothly and support the wider team.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, varied admin tasks, is comfortable with data entry and organisation, and is happy being a reliable all-rounder supporting a busy team.
Previous admin or office support experience is preferred, but you don’t need previous accounting experience — full training will be provided. We’re much more interested in your attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn than what systems you’ve used before.
You’ll support the Operations, Accounting and Payroll teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, helping ensure systems, records, and deadlines are kept up to date.
What You’ll Be DoingAdmin & Data Entry
- Entering and updating information across internal systems (full training provided)
- Keeping planners, task lists, and trackers up to date
- Organising and maintaining digital client and accounting records
- Processing standard documents and uploads
- Managing reminders and recurring deadlines
Accounting & Payroll Support
- Assisting with document preparation and filing
- Sending documents for signature using templates
- Supporting routine Companies House tasks (e.g. confirmations, address updates)
- Providing extra admin support during busy periods such as tax return season
General Admin & Team Support
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to basic enquiries
- Booking meetings and managing diaries
- Supporting onboarding admin for new clients and team members
- Tracking internal admin items such as CPD records
Ad-Hoc Support
- Helping with wider admin and operations tasks as needed
- Supporting internal projects and keeping processes running smoothly
About YouThis role would suit you if you are:
- Naturally detail-oriented and methodical
- Comfortable with routine admin and data entry tasks
- Confident with basic IT tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Excel)
- Reliable, consistent, and happy supporting behind the scenes
- Proficient in written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home with good self-motivation
