We’re Hiring a Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) - know anyone who may be interested? 

We’re looking for a high-calibre Virtual Assistant to support a fast-moving founder-led business across a mix of personal and business priorities.

This role works closely with me (Head of Product Delivery), and at times directly with our CEO — so we’re looking for someone who is calm, sharp, highly organised, and comfortable operating at pace in a dynamic, evolving environment.

The Role

Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Contract)

We are a family-owned startup and investment business operating across three key areas:

Purpose

This is a part-time contractor role (10–20 hours per week), ideal for someone who wants flexibility, purpose, and variety — and who enjoys being at the heart of fast-moving work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role is to bring order, structure, and calm to both business and personal workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Personal admin support (appointments, family logistics, travel, events, life admin)
  • Supporting the Head of Product in daily priorities
  • CEO inbox and calendar hygiene — keeping things organised, prioritised, and moving
  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Document organising and formatting
  • General business administration
  • Chasing actions, follow-ups, and keeping momentum
  • Supporting day-to-day coordination across the team
  • Managing tools such as G suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, G Mail and Calendar), Toggl (time tracking), Chat GPT or AI equivalent and proficient in everyday operating tools
  • Working with digital tools and AI
  • You’ll be trusted to use your judgement, anticipate needs, and keep things running smoothly without needing constant instruction.
  • You’ll be supporting a vision-led, fast-paced founder — so your calm, organised presence is essential.
  • About You

You will do great in this role if you:

  • Have previous VA / PA / senior admin experience, ideally supporting founders or busy households
  • Are comfortable handling both personal and business admin
  • Stay calm under pressure
  • Are highly organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Love creating structure, flow, and clarity
  • Open-minded regarding using AI
  • Enjoy working remotely and flexibly

Ideal If You Have 

Experience in property, e-commerce product businesses, and/or startups

A parent seeking flexible work that fits around family life 

Rate and Structure

£10–£15 per hour | 10–20 hours per week across Monday - Thursday currently | Contract basis
