About the Role

Configures, tests, and deploys Epic EHR modules, collaborating with stakeholders to align software with clinical workflows.

Epic workflow analysis, HL7/FHIR interface knowledge and technical troubleshooting

EPIC System Configuration & Build

Manage end-to-end technical deployment, including testing, validation, and optimization.

Analyze clinical and administrative workflows, translating them into actionable Epic builds.

Provide technical support and resolve issues during and after go-live.

Facilitate integrations between Epic and third-party systems using HL7 or FHIR

Good to have certifications in relevant modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Revenue Cycle, Radiant)

Experience with EHR data migration, SQL, and interface troubleshooting
