Support Technician

Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Support Technician to provide remote technical support to attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for IT issues, with clear escalation paths to more advanced support teams when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support for hardware, software, and general IT issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a Windows and Microsoft Office environment
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets, escalating more complex issues as appropriate
  • Deliver strong customer service while supporting attorneys and business professionals
  • Accurately document, track, and update tickets within the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external support partners to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of IT support or Help Desk experience (flexible)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft Office environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange, or ServiceNow
  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment
