Location: Remote

Duration: 5-Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Application Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow to support critical application initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical configuration, business analysis, and reporting expertise, with a focus on implementing and optimizing the Timekeeping module, as well as delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and leadership to gather and refine requirements
• Perform story mapping and create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Configure and implement the ServiceNow Timekeeping module
• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports, including SLA and capacity metrics
• Analyze requirements to develop and review test cases and support QA processes
• Manage scope, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Identify and resolve operational gaps within existing ServiceNow implementations
• Communicate project updates, risks, and metrics clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including configuration and reporting
• Proven experience implementing the ServiceNow Timekeeping module
• Expertise in building SLA reports, dashboards, and data rollups
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or
• Associate degree with 6+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Architect
• Experience presenting dashboards and insights to senior leadership
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
