Who We Are

Optilogic is transforming supply chain design with AI-powered technology that's changing how enterprises make critical decisions. We've built a next-generation platform that combines agentic AI, optimization, and simulation to deliver results legacy tools simply can't match.

Our customers—including world-leading retailers, manufacturers, and logistics companies—are achieving dramatic improvements: 95% faster modeling, 20-25% cost reductions, and the ability to answer strategic questions in days instead of months. We're solving real problems at enterprise scale, and we're growing fast.

We're a company of 100+ employees across the U.S., Latin America, and the UK, backed by breakthrough technology and strong customer results. If you're looking to join a company that's genuinely innovating in supply chain technology—not just iterating on 30-year-old approaches—this might be the right opportunity.

Why Join Optilogic?

We offer technology that truly changes business operations. Our platform enables many of the world’s best-known brands to make smarter, faster supply chain decisions and delivers measurable business value.

You'll represent genuinely innovative technology with proven customer results. No selling vaporware or explaining away product gaps—just demonstrable value and customers willing to advocate for us.

Growth Opportunity Join a fast-growing company where you can:

  • Work with leadership that values input and results over politics
  • Develop your career as the company scales globally
  • Work flexibly in a remote-first environment with autonomy to manage your own time. We care about outcomes, not where or when you work.

Our Culture

We're building a company where smart people solve hard problems together. We value:

  • Transparency and integrity – Direct communication, no corporate doublespeak
  • Collaboration and respect – Diverse perspectives make us stronger
  • Innovation with accountability – Move fast, but deliver what you promise

_We're committed to building an inclusive team where different backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints drive better decisions._What we are looking for:

As a leader in technical solution design at Optilogic, you will ensure seamless integration and deployment of our technology with external systems. Collaborating with business partners and customers, you will integrate new solutions into existing enterprise architecture from technical, business, and user perspectives.

You are passionate, creative, and driven to design exceptional solutions. You excel at solving complex problems and enjoy working with customers. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can articulate complex topics clearly. You thrive in teamwork and collaboration, building productive relationships. You are excited to join a fast-paced environment and contribute to the Optilogic team.

What you’ll do:

  • Define technical solutions for customer engagements, providing a technology solution architecture delivered by Optilogic teams.
  • Lead workshops during the sales and customer success processes to design solutions for prospects and customers.
  • Own best practices, implementation playbooks, and create reusable material to enable scaling of consultants and partners.
  • Ensure smooth communication handoff across sales and services for customer success.
  • Support pre-sales cycles and assist with projects on the services team as needed.
  • Collaborate with software development and product management teams to review and align design approaches.
  • Drive and implement data and cybersecurity initiatives, keeping systems and software up-to-date.
  • Work with Optilogic leaders to create and roll out product plans and technology roadmaps.

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise systems integration and technology implementation.
  • Demonstrated business acumen in leading and implementing supply chain core business processes.
  • Experience in solutions like inventory optimization or enterprise supply planning.
  • Proficiency in API-based system integration.
  • Experience with major application development platforms (Azure), CI/CD tools, Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to write and interpret Python is crucial for success in this role.
  • Experience with architecture development and design thinking in an agile environment.
  • Exposure to key technology sets and adjacent domains like other platforms, networks, and security.
  • Understanding of optimization and simulation principles using software packages.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.

Optilogic is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
