About The Role The role at Jobot is designed for an experienced Agency Recruiter specializing in the Technology sector. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise in full-desk recruiting to develop new business, manage client relationships, and source top-tier candidates using advanced tools and techniques. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of staffing agency experience, demonstrating proficiency in full-desk recruiting and client development. A strong understanding of applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce is essential. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have experience recruiting within the technology sector or similar skill sets. Proven success in meeting or exceeding placement goals, revenue targets, and key performance metrics is required. Excellent relationship management skills, coupled with a proactive and ethical approach, are vital. Industry specialization in Tech or related fields is preferred, along with familiarity with ATS platforms. This role is suited for individuals who are motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development by leveraging your sales skills to attract and retain clients. You will utilize Jobot’s advanced tech stack, including the proprietary ATS Jax and AI assistant Jeni, to source, screen, and present qualified candidates that meet client specifications. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to placement—is a core part of your responsibilities. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates is essential, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, lead with kindness and respect, and contribute to the overall growth of the company through your performance. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and continuously enhancing your recruiting skills will be key to your success.
