This is a fully remote role. You'll have structured conversations, support from a team, and a training program designed to bring you up to speed regardless of your background. No previous experience required.
Your week looks like:
- Following up with people who recently submitted inquiries
- Having needs-based conversations by phone or video
- Helping families compare options and find what fits
- Completing paperwork together
- Ongoing training and product education
