Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Support Coordinator. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing client cases, providing excellent customer service, offering technical support, and facilitating effective communication between clients and service providers. Daily tasks include coordinating support plans, helping clients navigate NDIS processes, and ensuring clients receive the necessary assistance to achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Case Management experience and Customer Service skills
- Technical Support skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the disability sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
