Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Consultant. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, providing expert advice on mortgage products, and ensuring smooth processing of mortgage loans. Daily tasks include client consultations, evaluating financial documents, liaising with lenders, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and successful loan closures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and experience with Mortgages and Mortgage Lending
• Proficiency in Finance-related tasks and principles
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in consultancy or advisory roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
