What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up to ensure inquiries are resolved
  • Adhere to client service level agreements (SLAs) and consistently meet production targets
  • Collaborate with team members and management to resolve client inquiries and assist in cross-training new staff
  • Review and recommend changes to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Proficiency in basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve inquiries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to respond to client inquiries professionally
  • Ability to identify and consult the correct stakeholders to resolve client inquiries
