We’re hiring a confident, empathetic Sales Closer to join our remote team.

You’ll speak with parents who’ve already enquired through our ads or website - no cold calling, no chasing unqualified leads.

Your role is to listen, build trust, and guide families toward the best tutoring plan for their child.

What You’ll Do

• Run 30–45 minute consultation calls via Google Meet with parents
• Understand student goals and recommend the best tutoring plan
• Follow up warm leads who haven’t yet enrolled
• Keep CRM notes up to date and coordinate with our Appointment Setter
• Maintain high show-up and conversion rates

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday: 3 PM – 9 PM AEST
• Weekend coverage: One day (Saturday or Sunday) — you choose which fits best ~25–35 hours per week depending on call volume

Compensation

• OTE: $4,000 – $7,000+ AUD per month (Including competitive base and uncapped commission structure)

Who You Are

• Friendly, confident, and empathetic communicator
• Clear English and comfortable on Google Meet
• Able to build trust quickly with parents and students
• Motivated by results and helping families succeed
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
