Freelance Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Primary tasks will include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. Additionally, the role will involve preparing reports, providing regular updates to clients, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
