🚀 About the Role
We’re searching for a remote Digital Account Manager — part Google Ads specialist, part client-whisperer.
You’ll manage a book of clients, own their performance, and become their most trusted marketing ally.
This role is not for someone who hides behind dashboards. You’ll be on the frontlines: building trust, leading conversations, navigating tough moments, and celebrating big wins.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Google Ads accounts with precision, care, and relentless optimisation.
- Lead client relationships with clarity and warmth — regular phone and Zoom calls, strategic check-ins, and emails that actually get opened.
- Translate data into impact — using Looker Studio, GA4, GTM and your own insights to tell compelling performance stories.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the early journey — setting up campaigns, tracking, and first wins with confidence.
- Problem-solve and escalate smartly — handling pressure, tricky client personalities, or performance dips like a total pro.
🙋 Who You Are
- A natural communicator — you write clearly, speak confidently, and connect deeply.
- You’ve got 1–3 years of experience running Google Ads — but your superpower is how you handle people, not just platforms.
- You’re energised by pace — a self-starter who loves agency life and isn’t fazed by shifting priorities or high expectations.
- You get a kick out of solving problems, calming storms, and making clients feel safe, seen, and successful.
- You’re not afraid of tough conversations — in fact, you handle them with grace and clarity.
✅ Bonus Points If You Have
- Agency experience (even better if you’ve managed 15-20+ clients before).
- Experience with landing pages, WordPress, or conversion-oriented design.
- A background in sales, customer service, or anything high-pressure & fast-paced.
