We’re now looking for a driven Online Product Assessor to join our Central Sales Team. The Role As An Online Product Assessor, You Will
- Deliver engaging online assessments and product demonstrations via live video or pre-recorded sessions.
- Listen to customers’ needs and recommend the most suitable mobility products and solutions.
- Manage your own diary, enquiries, and follow-ups to provide consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Support the sales team by handling unsold appointments and keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with colleagues across sales and service teams to continuously improve our customer journey.
- Take part in training and site visits to deepen your product knowledge and better understand customer challenges.
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused, with strong communication and listening skills.
- Confident using technology (Windows applications, video platforms, etc.).
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Keen to learn and grow with us — technical knowledge can be taught, but passion and attitude are key.
