✔️ Strong communication & listening skills, able to adapt, connect, and build trust easily

✔️ Curious and detail-oriented, asks the right questions and gathers valuable insights

✔️ Confident and proactive, comfortable handling phone conversations and keeping them engaging

✔️ Familiarity with Barcelona and expat communities

✔️ Self-motivated, adaptable, and efficient in a dynamic work environment
