MathsTutors.Online has created an innovative and highly successful tuition method for GCSE Maths students. Whilst helping students far surpass national results for half the cost of average tuition, weâve created a fun, engaging and results-driven learning experience. To continue reaching more students and making a bigger impact, weâre looking for passionate and skilled appointment setters to take responsibility for the first contact with warm prospects.
Weâre an excited, passionate and driven team who love travel, keeping fit, and learning new skills. Weâre looking for appointment setters that find building rapport second nature (perhaps youâre often described as charismatic!) and who love the dance of leading people through a logical, choreographed decision process, as well as having the relevant experience described below. If this sounds like a good culture fit for you, please keep reading.
This is a role for someone who does not like slow-paced environments - this is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong career whereby their hard work is directly having a positive impact on the lives of others. Youâll be the first impression that a parent will get from the company and thus must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport. You need to be enthusiastic about our students achieving their target grades and excited to go the extra mile to ensure that each prospect is served in the most appropriate way.
Relevant experience required (at least one of the following):
- Telephone customer service experience
- Experience working in primary or secondary education
- Experience as an appointment setter
What youâll be doing:
- Calling parents who have made an enquiry to book them onto the calendar
- Follow up daily with leads in your pipeline
- Keep the CRM clean and accurate
Working hours:
- 15-20h per week between the hours of 9am - 8pm (shifts are 9am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm)
- Some evenings/weekends required
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK + strong understanding of the UK education system
- Proven track record of high performance in a relevant role (e.g. sales, customer service, education)
- Excellent communicator (phone, video, and written)
- Organised, and proactive with a strong sense of urgency
- Reliable setup (laptop/desktop + strong WiFi) and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Do you tick all of the boxes? We'd love to hear from you! Please apply via LinkedIn and we'll be in touch within 24 hours.
