What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Accurately input a high volume of sales orders into the ERP system
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls while providing product/service information
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers to increase sales and revenue
- Analyze data and follow up on quotations as needed
- Act as a liaison to resolve inventory issues and ensure customer satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced understanding of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds alone or up to 100 pounds with lift assistance
