What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Accurately input a high volume of sales orders into the ERP system
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls while providing product/service information
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Analyze data and follow up on quotations as needed
  • Act as a liaison to resolve inventory issues and ensure customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds alone or up to 100 pounds with lift assistance
