🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
• Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and merchandising strategies
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales
• Monitor website performance, conversion rates, and user experience
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and operations teams to drive e-commerce growth
• Analyze sales data and customer behaviour to identify improvement opportunities
• Implement A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and funnel improvements
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership teams
• Research market trends and competitors to inform strategy

✅ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital retail
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, UX, and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo)
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
