What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide support to customers by answering and making phone calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
- Document customer concerns and interactions in accordance with department standards
- Manage follow-up contacts with multiple parties to ensure efficient resolution of concerns
- Utilize various internal systems to research customer accounts and history
- Evaluate customer concerns and determine reasonable resolutions based on department guidelines
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong proficiency in various computer applications and software
- Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to department follow-up guidelines
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience navigating operating systems and productivity tools relevant to the role, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Strong active listening skills and service orientation
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
