Role Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat platforms

• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, account information, and general support requests

Qualitications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with computers, web-based applications, and customer support platforms

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote setting

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, help desk support, or a related role preferred
