In this role, you will be integral to ensuring that customers receive the maximum value from their investments. You will guide them through onboarding and ongoing engagement while collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and address customer needs. Your expertise will help in promoting the adoption of solutions and driving significant business outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to create lasting relationships and advocate for customers in a fast-paced technological environment. Accountabilities

  • Ensure customers maximize the value of their technology investment by fully utilizing licenses and adopting new use cases.
  • Guide customers through key milestones including onboarding, deployment, and adoption.
  • Increase renewal rates, reduce churn, and drive business growth through customer advocacy.
  • Promote available resources and communities for effective product utilization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by addressing improvement requests and resolving critical issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology domain.
  • Proficiency with BIG-IP, NGINX, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Proven capability in building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
